WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve with Care - Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Be the Friendly Face - Greet residents and guests warmly, provide menu guidance, and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Anticipate Needs - Watch for opportunities to assist, refill drinks, and make the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
- Keep It Clean & Organized - Set tables, clear plates, and maintain tidy service areas.
- Follow Standards - Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality protocols.
- Support Special Moments - Assist with events, themed dinners, and celebrations that bring the community together.
- Champion the Experience - Monitor resident satisfaction and share feedback with leadership to continuously improve.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Work in a lively dining environment with regular interaction with residents and guests
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, carrying trays, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Exposure to varying temperatures between kitchen and dining areas
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on service and event needs
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
- Valid food handler card (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
