The Wolf's Tailor of Id Est Hospitality Group is hiring a bartender!

Highlights of TWT Culinary & Bar Program:

Seasonality of ingredients for our menus. Working with local farmers to create a cohesive bar menu to support and highlight local producers.
Fermentation-driven N/A and Mixed Beverage program. Working closely with the culinary team to create a cohesive menu for our guests.
We take pride in holding ourselves to the highest standards to create an unforgettable experience for our guests and holding ourselves accountable to be the version of ourselves we can be.

Responsibilities of Backwaits:

Create memorable experiences by providing paramount hospitality to guests
Execute proper steps of service in accordance with service guidelines
Demonstrate food, beverage, and wine-related knowledge while communicating with guests
Demonstrate team service mentality through supporting teammates in and outside of service
Coming with a solution based mindset and positive attitude
Passionate and excited to be a part of an ever evolving work environment

The ideal candidates fit the following criteria:

2 yrs of prior serving and bartending experience
Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
Ability to understand and execute proper steps of service
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
Availability to work nights and weekends
