Are you a compassionate, trauma-informed clinician who wants to do meaningful work in a peaceful, supportive setting? We're looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) to join our female-led, private-pay holistic practice in Williamsville, NY serving adults, adolescents, and couples.
Our clients are growth-oriented individuals seeking deeper healing—not just symptom management. They value a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit, and they’re ready to do transformative work.
🌱 What We Offer:
- A peaceful, fully furnished office space in the heart of Williamsville
- Consistent private-pay referrals (no insurance billing)
- Session rates of $150 , clinician pay starting at $60–$70 per session, with room to grow
- Simple, user-friendly systems (FullSlate for scheduling, SwipeSimple for payments, no EMR)
- Monthly group consultation and a small team that values depth over volume
- No marketing or admin responsibilities—we handle it so you can focus on your clients
💫 Who You Are:
- NYS licensed LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT (we cannot hire LCSWs or psychologists due to state licensing laws)
- Experienced treating anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationships
- EMDR training (or similar trauma modality) strongly preferred
- Comfortable seeing adults and adolescents (12 ); experience with couples a plus
- Aligned with holistic, mind-body-spirit approaches
- Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, collaborative care

- Build to ~20 clients/week at your own pace (we’ll provide steady referrals)
- Focus on quality, depth, and client-centered therapy
