What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender - Weekdays position at The Wisconsin Country Club?
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips. Banquet and Restaurant locations throughout the club. Seasonal but opportunity to stay on through winter. Possible food service also. 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, take orders, drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Present bar menu and any specials.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Skills:
- Resume and proven working experience as a server/bartender.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the work area organized, stocked, and clean.
- Relevant training certificate- bartending license.
Salary : $12 - $30
