Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend and upsell products and services to meet customer needs
- Process transactions using POS systems accurately
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory and stock management
- Handle customer questions in-store and over the phone professionally
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required – training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and technology skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
