Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Winter offers Project Engineer internships for students who have completed their freshman year of college. Our interns receive hands-on experience, develop strong relationships and leave with indispensable work experience. Our interns encounter exposure to many of Winter's daily business functions, including: pre-construction, project start-up, finances, estimating, submittals, quality assurance, project documentation, scheduling, safety, close-out, warranty, presentations, site analysis, business development, and client relationships.

Opportunities for Advancement
Chart your path toward a Project Manager or Superintendent role. Our goal is to extend our interns an offer to spend another summer with us or hire as a full time Project Engineer, depending on your graduation date.
