About the Role:
As a Receptionist at The Winslow, you will:
Provide professional communication, customer service, and assistance to residents, visitors, callers, and staff.
Manage and organize administrative tasks, including mail distribution, supplies, and workroom organization.
Maintain confidentiality, effective communication skills, and participate in meetings as needed.
What We're Looking For
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1 year of front desk experience or customer service experience preferred.
Skills:
Ability to clearly and compassionately communicate with residents, families, and staff, both in person and over the phone.
Effectively manages multiple tasks such as scheduling, mail distribution, and document handling.
Strong understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality requirements, especially regarding health information.
Attributes:

Attention to detail.
