About the Role:
As a Waitstaff Supervisor at The Winslow, you will:
Wait Staff Management – Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and supporting wait staff to ensure effective service.
Dining Service Oversight – Ensures high-quality dining room service, addresses resident concerns, and maintains excellence in meal quality and service standards.
Operational Duties – Performs wait staff functions, directs daily job duties, and assists with meal service and dining room sanitation.
Scheduling & Inventory – Creates staff schedules, manages product rotation, inventories supplies, and places orders as needed.
Special Events & Coordination – Assists with special events, buffets, and reservations, collaborating with the Chef, Cooks, and Activity Director.
Administrative Responsibilities – Tracks guest tickets, attends monthly food input meetings, and ensures smooth operational flow.
Additional Support – Performs extra tasks as needed to help the kitchen or facility meet its goals and standards.
What We're Looking For:
Experience and Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in front of house management for 1 years in medium to high volume restaurant (50 people).
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills:
Leadership and team management.
Customer service and conflict resolution.
Organization and time management.

Adaptability and problem-solving.
