Job Summary
Join our winery team as a Tasting Room Associate & Event Staff, to help create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, engaging visitors through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and event support. Options include working in our tasting room or alongside our Event Manager for private events including weddings and rentals.
Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and enthusiasm, providing engaging in-person customer service and wine tastings.
- Educate visitors about our wines through tastings, highlighting unique features and flavor profiles to promote sales.
- Build strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling sales objections professionally, and encouraging repeat visits
- Support retail store operations by maintaining product knowledge, promoting new offerings, and ensuring an inviting environment
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or sales environments with excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities for effective client interaction
- Knowledge or interest in wine, combined with a passion for promoting quality beverages or related products. Willingness to learn the industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for relationship building and customer engagement
- Ability to handle sales objections confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
