We are a wine bar and BBQ restaurant located in a popular area of Gulfport. We work hard and work as a team, helping out other team members wherever needed when we can! Due to smoking meats, pans do need to be carefully scrubbed to remove grease build up and may be a little more labor intensive than many regular kitchens.
Pay based on experience.
**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. **Duties:** - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. - Support kitchen staff as needed. **Experience:** - Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred. - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong customer service skills. - Experience in bussing tables is a plus. - Hospitality experience is beneficial.
