Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager, based in Chillicothe, OH. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of properties, including overseeing maintenance, tenant relations, lease agreements, rent collection, and financial performance. The role requires ensuring compliance with property regulations, addressing tenant requests promptly, coordinating property inspections, and implementing strategies to improve property value and tenant satisfaction. The Property Manager will work closely with the broader team to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, leasing, and rent collection
- Knowledge of property regulations, maintenance processes, and building operations
- Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and expense control
- Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster positive tenant and team relationships
- Proficiency in property management software and technology tools is a plus
- Previous experience in residential property management preferred
