Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager, located in Dayton, OH. The Property Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of assigned properties, including overseeing maintenance, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, and enhancing property value. Duties will also include coordinating with vendors, enforcing lease terms, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Property management, tenant relations, budgeting, and compliance skills
- Experience in vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and lease enforcement
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using property management software, Rent Manager preferred, and tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in residential and commercial property management is a plus.
