The Winchester Lodge is seeking 2 housekeepers to join our team. We have a beautiful 16-suite property with a pool on-site and a secondary bed and breakfast location at The Evers House just a block away. The Role
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Must be available to work weekends.
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of our rooms, house, and common areas as well as laundry assistance. The hourly rate is $16-18/hour depending on experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and arrange guest rooms to standards for guest arrival
- Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning requirements as listed by Housekeeping Manager
- Team player working toward maintaining high quality cleanliness standards across the property
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Laundry
- Reporting damages to property
- Reporting lost items or items left behind by guests
- Follow established safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess strong passion for cleanliness and teamwork

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk and work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
