Shifts would be 5pm - 9pm Wed-Sat and Sun 10am - 2pm.
Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Host to join our team at The Win in Jenison, MI. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Assist with reservations and ensure an organized flow of guests during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area and dining space.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, particularly Aloha POS.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
