We are actively looking for licensed real estate agents only. This is not an entry-level position, and applicants must hold an active real estate license. This is a commission-only sales position.

Responsibilities
- Work with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and help them achieve them
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with leads
- Develop business opportunities within our service area
- Stay informed on local market trends and inventory
- Deliver a high-level client experience from first contact through closing
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License Required
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Technology-driven and comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous sales experience is a plus
