What You'll Do:

• Handle planned maintenance and installations from start to finish—no one looking over your shoulder every five minutes
• Plan layouts and install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specs and local codes
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components with precision and pride
• Test electrical systems using real diagnostic equipment (ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes)—not just guesswork
• Inspect systems to ensure safety and code compliance—because doing it right matters more than doing it fast
• Explain your work to customers in plain English—help them understand what you're fixing and why it matters
• Train and mentor apprentices who want to learn the trade the right way
• Keep your truck clean and organized—it's one of our best billboards, and it reflects the quality of work inside

What We're Looking For:

The non-negotiables:

• High school diploma/GED
• 2 years of hands-on electrical experience (service work preferred over just new construction)
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems maintenance and repair
• Current Ohio electrical codes and regulations
• Clean driving record and ability to pass drug testing
• Can lift 100 pounds and work in tight spaces when the job calls for it
