Be the Backbone of Excellence as a Site Maintenance Associate at Dash In!

We’re seeking a dedicated Site Maintenance Associate to keep our store and property in top-notch condition, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, functional, and welcoming experience.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain Pristine Facilities: Keep the forecourt, fueling area, restrooms, and interiors spotless and inviting.
• Handle Repairs and Maintenance: Perform general upkeep tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Support Car Wash Operations: Maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum systems to deliver a flawless experience.
• Manage Waste and Deliveries: Oversee waste disposal, restock coolers, and assist with merchandising.
• Deliver Outstanding Service: Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met with a smile.
• Contribute to Team Excellence: Take part in initiatives that enhance teamwork and store performance.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
• Familiarity with hand and portable tools (power washer, sprayer, limited power tools)
• At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Maintenance-related fields
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Willingness to stand or be mobile for at least 6 hours
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
