Resident Engagement Coordinator

$22.00-$26.00 per hour

This role focuses on designing and facilitating engaging programs that promote wellness, social connection, lifelong learning, and active living. The ideal candidate brings energy, organization, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead a robust monthly calendar of activities including fitness classes, cultural events, educational workshops, games, and social gatherings
• Foster a welcoming, resident-driven environment by encouraging feedback and participation
• Organize outings such as trips, dining excursions, and community events
• Build partnerships with local organizations, performers, and volunteers
• Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and themed programs
• Promote programs through newsletters, calendars, and community communication channels
