Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at The Willows at Bellevue, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses.
- Administer medications and observe patients to ensure their safety.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans and after-care instructions.
- Identify and report safety hazards and emergency situations to maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
- Licensure: Must be a licensed practical/vocational nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Certifications: BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
