Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team!
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Do you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and keeping a building running smoothly? We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a warm, welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues (faucets, toilets, drains, etc.)
- Complete basic electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs)
- Perform carpentry and general handyman work
- Assist with painting, patching walls, and minor renovations
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Assist with snow removal
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
- Work collaboratively with other departments and outside vendors when needed

Qualifications:What We're Looking For
- Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare, residential, hospitality, or commercial setting is a plus
- Must successfully complete a pre-hire drug screening, criminal history record check and TB screening
