The Williamsport Home is looking for a fun-loving, enthusiastic, Certified Nurse Aide to join our team as an Activities CNA.

This position is part-time (3 days per week), shifts vary between 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 12pm-8pm.
Position Summary: The activity aide assists the activities director, helping residents use equipment and supplies. Activities may include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, sports, music, or games. The activity aide prepares equipment and ensures the safety of participants in the activity. The activity aide assists in leading the residents in group activities, such as an exercise class or art project. The activity aide keeps records of attendance and participation.
Qualifications:Educational and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant, or, meets the state and federal requirements
under "grandmothering" regulations, or, attends an approved nurse aide training
program to obtain eligibility for the Nurse Aide Competency Examination within 120
days of employment. - Ability to read writes and speaks English.
- Ability to follow oral and written direction.
