**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Physical Plant/Vehicle Technician to join our team at William M BeDell arc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the following:
Assist in maintaining building and property of the ARC.
Assist in maintaining equipment of ARC used in various programs.
Assist in maintaining operation of heating and cooling units of physical plant.
Contact with outside service agencies for repairs, etc.
Vehicle Responsibilities
Assist in maintenance and record keeping of all vehicles of ARC
Assist in providing scheduled maintenance of all vehicles as necessary.
Contact with outside service agencies for repairs, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Education (minimum requirements for education and experience)
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Expertise in building maintenance and vehicle repair
Requires effective oral and written communication skills with:

Independently lift object 30 pounds
