Receptionist for Estate Planning Law Firm

Our estate planning law firm is looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team. This is more than just answering phones—this is a front-line position where your attention to detail, empathy, and professionalism set the tone for the entire client experience.

Office Hours:
Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Duties include:

• Answering phones and greeting clients with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Managing the front office, mail, and appointments
• Supporting attorneys and staff with administrative tasks
• Set up client files (both physical and digital) and keep them organized from start to finish
• Keeping the reception area tidy and organized
• Representing the firm's values in every interaction
• Occasional trips to the post office
