What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support Human Resources operations across employee relations, benefits administration, employee engagement, training support and compliance. You will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources to help shape the Employee experience across all divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day HR operations and employee support
- Benefits and 401K administration
- Payroll inputs and HRIS updates (Paycom)
- Support training, engagement, and compliance initiatives
- Backup recruiting and onboarding support
What requirements are needed to be successful:
- Experience: At least 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with knowledge of Employment laws. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Industry experience in construction/utilities is a plus
