The Will Group is hiring an Assembler to join our production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
In this role, you’ll assemble electrical and electronic systems, work from blueprints and schematics, support shipping preparation, and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembling components, wiring, and support structures
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspecting products for quality and functionality
- Building specialty wooden shipping crates
- Supporting production across multiple workstations
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or soldering is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependability and teamwork
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Compensation & Benefits
Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $19 to $23 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
