What Does It Look Like

• High volume personal injury caseload in a fast pace environment

• Build strong attorney-client relationships
• Evaluate liability and damages to develop winning case strategies
• Assertively guide clients through medical treatment and case progression
• Communicate/collaborate effectively with internal staff, clients, providers, and insurance adjusters
• Strategically manage and resolve claims before they reach the courtroom
• Partner with litigation team for cases needing transition
• Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred
• Office - onsite role
  
  

What Do I Need To Bring To The Table

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in Colorado and in good standing
• At least 2 years of plaintiff-side auto accident personal injury experience
• Proven success in case negotiations and settlements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software

• $120-160k base plus bonus
