What Does The Role Look Like

• Schedule calls and statements with appropriate parties
• Request property damage estimate and photos
• Gather subrogation ledgers and communicate with carriers
• Obtain medical payment ledgers
• Provide treatment status to the insurance adjusters
• Follow up, follow up, follow up
  
  

Plan documents, mailings, demands documentation, etc etc

Requirements

What qualifications are needed:

• Critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills
• Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems
• Transferable medical office or auto insurance office experience
• Bilingual: English/Spanish required
• Office – onsite role
