*Develop and Implement: Preventative inspection checklists: water well, electrical, plumbing, hvac to be proactive rather than reactive.
Requirements: experience caring for dogs, horses, sheep, and experience with mowing, weeding, fencing and general maintenance - electrical, plumbing, fence work, repair everything, fleet management, etc. ON CALL, AFTER HOURS SUPPORT as needed.
Skills in communicating with the property owner, other employees, and guests. Effective communicators who are able to stay calm and patient under pressure.
RV accommodation will be provided to live on property, with utilities covered based on the initial 2-3 months in the position.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management, including guest communications.
- Assist with mowing and upkeep of outdoor areas, ensuring a well-maintained environment for residents.
- Assist with maintaining all areas of the property.
