Job Overview
Our agency is seeking a highly competent individual. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services. We depend on our sales professionals to provide the expertise necessary to make well-informed decisions that impact our business and customers. $50K plus commissions.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities
- P&C License required. We provide training and Licensing assistance.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
