A new and growing restaurant group based out of Cape Cod, seeks an enthusiastic and capable Chef to join our culinary leadership team.

This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for the right Individual! Be a part of our year round restaurant operations and culinary team –

The right person must;

• Have passion and pride

• Be an experienced and confident leader
• Be able to manage and oversee complete culinary operations in a full-service restaurant
• Have 2 to 3 years’ experience in like, kind and quality operation- seafood experience a plus
• Possess a professional image; with strong interpersonal skills
• Be able to motivate and mentor both culinary/kitchen and front of house teams
• Be service-minded & guest and employee focused every single day
• Be resourceful
• Have the ability to recruit, train, retain a team of culinary employees
• Have strong organizational skills
• Have excellent communication skills (telephone, written and verbal)
• Demonstrate through your work history and experience great success in food operations management.
• 2 to 3 year history showing a full understanding of the process in menu development, menu documentation, menu rollout and execution, along with strong product knowledge
• Be a foodie
• Be a skilled rounds cook
• Be a team player ~ with a work history that displays working in team environments
• Have the ability and willingness to learn and follow direction, company standards and procedures
• Have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Be ServSafe Certified
• Be efficient on POS and restaurant-based systems and procedures

The overall compensation package for this position will be extremely competitive- based on the hired individual's experience, abilities and skills.
