On-Call Handyman / Restaurant Maintenance Support

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman / Maintenance Support person to help our restaurant group with a wide range of repair, upkeep, and project-based needs across multiple properties.

This is a great fit for someone with strong general maintenance skills, good availability, and the ability to jump in when needed. Some work can be scheduled ahead of time, while other projects may need a quicker turnaround when unexpected issues come up.

This is flexible, as-needed work and could be a great opportunity for someone looking to pick up steady side work with a local hospitality group.

What the Work May Include

Projects may include:

• light plumbing repairs
• light electrical troubleshooting
• general repairs and upkeep
• assembling furniture, shelving, or equipment
• moving deck furniture or restaurant fixtures
• minor maintenance projects across restaurant properties
• seasonal setup and breakdown support
• occasional urgent maintenance needs

No two weeks will look exactly the same. We are looking for someone practical, dependable, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks.

What We're Looking For

The right person will:

• have experience with general handyman or maintenance work
• be comfortable handling a variety of small repair and upkeep projects
• be dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
• have reliable transportation
• preferably have their own tools
• be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
• be comfortable working in and around active restaurant environments

Licensed and insured contractors are welcome. For certain specialized projects, trade-specific work may be referred out separately.

Compensation

$25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and scope of work.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
