What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who knows what a good cabinet installation should look like and isn’t afraid to speak up when it isn’t right.
You will be the company’s eyes and ears in the field. Your job is to catch mistakes, enforce quality standards, and make sure the job is right before we consider it complete.
This is not simply a “check the boxes” position. We need someone who takes ownership of each project and understands that preventing a callback is far better than fixing one after the customer complains.
