Our Functional Medicine practice is seeking a Full-Time/part-time Nurse to join our team of wellness professionals on a mission to help people feel better so they can do more of what they love. Our practice thinks out of the box and offers innovative wellness services. This is your opportunity to take an active role in assisting individuals on their health and wellness journey.
A Snapshot of your Role
o Must be proficient in starting IV access and IV Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
o Educating Patients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drip and Intramuscular Injection ingredients
o Documenting client visits through the use of electronic medical records
o Communicating to the doctor of any issues or adverse effects clients experience
o Providing therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service
o Whatever it takes- to get the job done attitude
o Detail-oriented with strong writing - reading skills
o Enjoy engaging with others by phone and in person
o Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Apple devices.
o Manage registration and check in for Wellness programs including making/answering phone calls and writing emails.
o Must be geared towards WELLNESS and HEALTH.
Qualities You Need to Succeed
o RN (Required)
o Active/Current IV experience (Required)
o At least two year of experience administering injections and IVs
o You're comfortable using electronic medical records to document client details
o You maintain a non-judgmental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele
o You embrace a team environment and excel at working independently
o You're willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance
