The Whitlock Co. is a CPA and advisory firm whose purpose is to enhance our client’s prosperity and develop great people. We all work together to grow our business and serve our clients.

We are looking for a detailed individual to join our firm as an administrative assistant. This position will be a full-time position during tax season January-April. During the remaining months of the year hours will approximate 24 - 30 hours per week or TBD.

Administrative functions include:

  • Receptionist duties including scheduling and greeting clients
  • Client correspondence and updates
  • Tax return processing and assembly
  • Document sorting and scanning for tax preparation
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Project coordination and tracking

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous employment with a professional services business is beneficial.

Skills required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Fast learner who works well under pressure and time constraints

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
