Job Responsibilities:
Laser Scanning Team Leader (Specific)
- Lead and grow a team of 7–10 full-time professionals with significant short- and long-term expansion potential.
- Manage a geographically diverse team across the nation.
- Inspire and align a national team toward shared goals, engaging both direct and indirect contributors.
- Foster trust and collaboration across regions and disciplines.
- Ensure accountability for delivering high-quality scanning services.
- Drive financial performance and growth of an established business line.
- Educate and promote services to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Design and optimize team structure and business operations.
- Continuously refine, improve, and document processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Communicate evolving conditions with clarity and empathy.
- Actively listen to technical experts and leverage their insights.
- Embrace change and pursue growth opportunities with agility.
- Communicate and collaborate with remainder of DBS team on training, shared resources, recruiting, etc.
- Learn, understand and be able to educate customers on other service offerings.
- Educate project teams, subcontractors, and owners on laser scanning technology and deliverables.
- Build trust in our end products by collaborating closely with project teams.
- Partner with project teams to develop accurate budgets and scopes.
- Provide non-technical training and sales education to owners, subcontractors, and Whiting-Turner teams.
- Continuously refine processes to meet evolving project needs

- Ability to work well with cross-discipline teams
- Willing to travel on occasion to visit team members across the country
- Prefer 8-15 years' experience in project management
- Prefer experience in the AECO industry
- The base salary range for this position represents the Company’s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of posting and is dependent on a number of factors including but not limited to role, level, relevant education, experience, training, skills and abilities, location, and market and business considerations. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of the various factor identified above.
