What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista/Bartender position at The White Sheep Naperville?
- Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar/barista station
- Quality Control: Ensure all ingredients are being measured and recipes are being followed for every drink item.
- Coffee Excellence: Prepare all coffee drinks as specified on recipe sheet provided.
- Bar: Follow proper measurements and recipes while making bar drinks. Follow restaurant policies while preparing beverages.
- Cleanliness/OSHA Standards: Maintaining OSHA standards, dating open food/drink items, FIFO, restocking, cleaning/sanitizing of all surfaces, coolers, utensils, etc.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Espresso machine and equipment, Knowledge of pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, mixing alcoholic beverages, reading tickets, and fast paced.
- Certifications: Food Handler and BASSET certifications (obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Physical Requirements: Standing/walking for long periods of time and lifting items
- Availability: Flexible Schedule, including Every Weekend, Monday to Friday, hours between 6:45am-3pm
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
