Responsibilities
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, veils, and accessories that complement their style and vision
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through merchandising and stocking of bridal merchandise
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Offer exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors, ensuring professional interactions at all times
- Following up with clients and establishing a positive, successful relationship
Qualifications
- Strong customer service capabilities & ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Previous retail sales experience a plus, preferably in a bridal or fashion environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and articulate styling options clearly
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work weekends!**
