Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager, located in New York, NY. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing front office staff, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, assisting in problem resolution, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role also includes administrative duties and contributing to an atmosphere of professionalism and hospitality.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years as a hotel receptionist or 1 year as a Supervisor
· Knowledge of Opera PMS
· Excellent communication skills
· Friendly and professional telephone etiquette
· Excellent level of spoken and written English
· Exceptional organization and administrative skills
· Exceptional PC skills
· Ability to remain calm under pressure
· Flexible scheduling
Salary Range 72,000 - 75,000 USD
