What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with licensed childcare management experience. This person has been a licensed childcare center Assistant Director or Team Lead with experience working in classrooms coaching teachers and managing support staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
· Sales, enrollment, and retention of all clients.
Promotes the positive brand of the company and drives the success of the company to become the provider of choice in educational programs for the communities we serve.
Assists with managing the day-to-day operations of the preschool
Welcomes and greets all prospective families, conducts center tours, presents a positive first impression, and markets the centers amenities; drives sales and profitability.
Sustains and drives the Paths to Quality programs and initiatives; understands each PTQ level, requirements for the current level maintenance, and the needs for the next level attainment.
Trains, encourages, motivates, and mentors teachers and support staff.
Helps achieve and grow the profitability of the company.
Must be willing and able to drive a 14-passenger bus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education – or-
CDA and currently enrolled in Associates program in Early Childhood Education.
Minimum 3 years previous ECE experience.
Knowledge and proficient in executing all of the following: IN licensing regulations, Paths to Quality, CCDF, CACFP, lesson planning, parent teacher conferences, developmentally appropriate practices, and IN child- teacher ratios.
21 years of age or older (due to bus driving requirements)
Outstanding sales ability.
Detail-oriented with efficiency and accuracy being of utmost importance.
Must be a Self-Starter requiring little micromanagement.
Organized and administratively sound.
Communication is effective, friendly and persuasive.
Projects enthusiasm and promotes team participation.
