Full-Time Server | $7.50/hr Tips | Clark Street Taphouse & Grill at The Westin St. LouisDo you love great food, great people, and creating memorable dining moments? Clark Street Taphouse & Grill is looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and know how to turn a meal into an experience.
As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—welcoming guests, guiding them through our menu, and delivering warm, attentive service from start to finish. Whether you’re recommending a favorite entrée, pairing the perfect drink, or anticipating what a guest needs before they ask, you’ll play a key role in making every visit unforgettable.
Qualifications
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with high energy and reliability
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods in a busy restaurant environment
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Alcohol Responsibility Training Certification (accept TIPS, ServSafe, S.M.A.R.T.)
- Six months to one year serving experience preferred
- TOAST POS experience preferred
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
