Membership Sales Associate

$21 Per Hour, Plus commissions

AquaVie Spa and Wellness Club is a luxury full service spa, modern fitness club that is looking for a Membership Sales Associate. As a Membership Sales Associate under the direction the General Manager and Director AquaVie, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profit plan, meeting the established sales budget and financial goals. Your role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's, vision, mission, and values. Sales Goals Reports to: General Manager / Director of AquaVie Fitness Spa

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite and outside sales efforts with local companies and corporations as well as individuals, residential and community merchants to generate leads and awareness.
• Manage the relationship through communication and collaboration between AquaVie sales and AquaVie marketing efforts generating sales leads.
• Responsible for providing customized, personal attention to members and guests that meet and exceed expectations.
• Conduct property tours for prospective members and groups.
• Track sales on a daily basis and develop plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Develop seasonal sales strategies to enhance sales.
• Create referral and rewards programs to drive sales.
• Assisting in the development of the annual marketing and promotions plan.
• Facilitate meetings with General Manager, AquaVie Director and Director of Sales for The Westgate and AquaVie, to communicate progress and seek approval for sales strategies and goals.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services in order to train and motivate staff to ensure that business goals and objectives are met.
• Track and measure ROI of all marketing materials and initiatives.
• Professionally represent AquaVie Fitness Wellness Club attending external and internal networking functions and group activities.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Adhere to safety, health regulations and sanitation requirements. 
• Includes other duties as assigned by Director of AquaVie, General Manager or Director of Sales for The Westgate Hotel and AquaVie.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferably in the health club/spa market. 
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Efficient, well organized.
• Able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
• Can think outside the box to offer new ideas, concepts, solutions
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong team player.
• Familiar working in a luxury fitness environment.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
