DAY-TO-DAY
As a Cook - Kitchen Assistant, you arrive each day determined to ensure that every meal meets our established guidelines in food service as well as adheres to any special requests. You prepare the fresh ingredients, so they are ready to be used for our delicious barbecue and sides. With attention to detail, you assemble and plate meals in an appealing manner. To make sure that properly cooked meals get out to guests in a timely manner, you communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff while staying organized, coordinated, and efficient.
