We are seeking a Practice Manager (Insurance and Financial Services) to support the growth and success of our Financial Advisors' practice.
- A Life & Health Insurance License is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- FINRA Licenses (SIE, Series 6 & 63) must be obtained within two years of hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Support – Manage scheduling, client outreach, CRM (Salesforce), and event planning.
- Marketing & Business Development – Execute local branding, client mailers, and networking events.
- Office Operations & Compliance – Process paperwork, track applications, maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement – Identify operational efficiencies and contribute to business growth strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Insurance, financial services, customer service, or office administration.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & Salesforce.
- Licensing: Life & Health Insurance License (within 90 days), FINRA SIE, Series 6 & 63 (within 2 years).
- Travel: ~20% local travel for client meetings/events; occasional evening/weekend work.
