Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greensboro, NC for a Financial Representative at The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company. The Financial Representative will be responsible for working directly with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, providing tailored financial solutions, and fostering long-term relationships. The role will include offering assistance in financial planning, retirement planning, and insurance, as well as educating clients about investments and other financial products. Financial Representatives will receive professional mentoring and coaching from Staff Managers and support from Agency Managers for effective district office operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to craft tailored financial strategies for clients
- Understanding of Insurance and Investments to provide comprehensive financial solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and nurture client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve shared goals
- Prior experience in finance or a related field is preferred but not required
- Relevant certifications such as Series 6, Series 63, or state insurance licenses are an advantage
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
