The Financial Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Asheville, NC. Responsibilities include working directly with clients to assess their financial needs, recommending suitable financial and insurance products, developing strategies for retirement planning and investments, and helping clients achieve their financial objectives. Representatives will also participate in ongoing professional development and be supported by a dedicated team of managers who provide training and mentorship to ensure success in the role.
- Knowledge and experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning
- Understanding of Insurance products and policies
- Familiarity with Finance and Investments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales, financial services, or similar fields is a plus
- Licensing in life/health insurance and securities is a plus, but not required at the time of application
