The Westerly of Pewaukee is opening!! We are looking for experienced, detail oriented housekeepers to join our new team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential appartments and the common areas. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents alike. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms are clean and well-maintained according to established standards.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, buffing, and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Assist with custodial duties in common areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is required.
- Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
- Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively and safely.
- Experience in residential cleaning environments is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
