What You'll Do
Every day brings something new! As a Department Assistant, you'll:
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route messages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to your assigned department.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating departmental activities.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in computer systems.
- Help manage department mail and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines at all times.
- Support teammates with a variety of projects and daily tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and community partners.
