What You'll Do
You'll be at the center of both our accounting and development operations by:
- Processing daily financial receipts and preparing reconciliation reports.
- Managing accounts payable and inventory accounting for our Audiology department.
- Recording invoices, credit memos, inventory adjustments, and monthly accruals.
- Maintaining accurate donor records and ensuring fundraising data stays current and reliable.
- Processing gifts, donations, auctions, and fundraising transactions with accuracy.
- Supporting donor acknowledgments, reporting, and stewardship efforts.
- Collaborating with Finance, Development, Donor Relations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
- Assisting with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed.
