Full Time Nights * No Weekend Rotation

Pay Rate up to $49.77/hour

What will I do as an RN Supervisor for The Wesley Community?

• Maintaining approved standards of resident care in the facility on his/her tour of duty.
• Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines which govern long term care.
• Meeting with the nursing staff, as well as support personnel, in planning the department's services, programs, and activities.
• Performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.
• Participating in surveys/inspections made by authorized government agencies.
  
  

Registered Nurse: RN Supervisor Requirements:

• Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN registration with the New York State Board of Regents.
• Head Nurse, Supervisory and/or Administrative experience.
• Geriatric nursing experience.
