The analyst will create and capture requirements, track changes, and monitor progress across initiatives. They will outline business needs and ensure that software or systems are designed, developed, and delivered to meet those needs. The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.

Pay Range: $74,000.00 - $126,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical documentation.
- Document current and future state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance workflows.
- Serve as an intermediary between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track changes to requirements, monitor project progress, and support testing and validation efforts.
- Communicate requirements and functional specifications to product engineering teams
- Create and maintain reports on system performance, business metrics, and project outcomes to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or technical analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and process modeling software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
